He was predeceased by: his wife Marion W. Suchanic; his son David J.; and his sister Anna Korba. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Ann Maitz (Alan) and Susan M.; his grandchildren, Derek A. Maitz (Caitlin), Elizabeth, Nicholas and Benjamin Suchanic; his great grandchildren, Hannah Mae Maitz and Valerie Ruth Maitz; his daughter-in-law Angela; his nieces, Mary Ann Crowley and Patricia Plichta (Mark); and his nephew George Korba (Patty).
