He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whelan and June Whelan; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his wife Ann Crilly; his great grandchildren, Greg Whelan, Zach, J. T., Sammy and Peggy Leaden; his children, Jackie, Olivia, Taylor, Grace, Becca, Stephen, Cate, Jack, Savannah, Beth and Joe; and his grandchildren, Brenna and Julia. He is also survived by his 5 children, 12 grandchildren, his four brothers and nieces and nephews.
