She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Brumfield and Sarah Brumfield (Seese); her husband Neal "Ross" Yates; and her sons, Gregory Ross and Jeffrey Neal.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth "Bette" Niess, Calvin Brumfield, Shirley Murphy, Wayne Martin (Linda) and Patricia Carbocci (Richard); her grandchildren, Jennifer DiArenzo (Michael), Jeffrey Yates (Alyssa), Nicholas Yates (Angela), Lindsay Black (Eric), Michael Yates (Heather) and Amber Vance (Jarrett); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Hailey, Madelyn, Elliot, Cailyn, Gia and William.
