He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Elizabeth Neely; his parents, James P. Neely and Florence Neely; his children, Andrew (Karen), James, Beth Brockman (Paul), Sue Neely and Peter Neely; and his sisters, Janice Sauer and Edna Kinkley. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
