We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, Grace H. H. DeBaufre of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, born in Wye Mills, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wolcott and Rose Wolcott; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Bette" Gilbert, William Wolcott, Ann Faulkner and David Wolcott.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Johnson-DeBaufre (Melanie Johnson-DeBaufre) and Nicole Cruz (Eduardo "Eddie" Cruz); her grandchildren, Grace Johnson-DeBaufre, Siera, Savana and Sawyer Cruz; and her close friend George Hart of North Wales, PA..
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Grace's memory may be made to the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association.
