He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tomko, and Frances Tomko, Sr. (D'Arienzo); his brother Anthony Tomko; and his uncle Phillip D'Arienzo. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Tomko (Ross) of Hatboro, PA; his children, Amy (Tomko), Magazu (Joseph Sr.) of West Deptford, NJ and Brian Tomko (Olivia) of Gilbertsville, PA; his grandchildren, Charlie, Natalie, Paige Tomko and Joseph Magazu, Jr.; his brother Joseph S. Tomko, Jr. of Dunmore; his nephew Kyle; and his niece Anne Marie Tomko.
