He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincenzo Salfi and Chiara Salfi; his siblings, Frank Salfi, Mary Dwyer, Vera Davison and Helen Kruk; his spouse Irene Salfi; his children, Paul Salfi (Amy), Mark Salfi and Colette Salfi; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Salfi, Andrew Salfi and Lily Dench.
