He was predeceased by: his parent Fred J. Mihok. He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Mihok; his parent Evelyn Mihok; his children, Jennifer L. Mihok (Chris Larson) and Andrew C. Mihok (Maegen); and his grandchildren, Emma, Carter, Grace and Liam.
