She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Shultz and Mary Shultz; her husband Edmund Sampson; her son Scott Sampson; and her brother Frederick Shultz.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Sampson (Donna), Carol and Dean Sampson (Michelle); her siblings, Barbara Rabiger and Robert Shultz (Betty); her grandchildren, Lauren Sampson (Adam Stout), Scott Sampson Jr. (Kylah Venable), Barbara Landis (Jared), Joanna Sampson, Unchi Grabowski (Chris) and James Sweeney; and her great grandchild Ashlynn Landis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a local SPCA in Dorothy's memory.
