He is survived by: his wife Jayne Warner (Richards); his children, Jenna Gruber (Justin) and John Warner (Amanda); his mother Edith June Lloyd (Brown); and his sister Janice Suessenguth (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Donald's memory to Refuge for the Poor, PO Box 548, Hatboro, PA 19040, a ministry in Cambodia that he supported and cared about deeply.
