She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel J., Sr.; and her spouse Michael S. Herbert. She is survived by: her parent Loretta L. Worthington (Migliaccio); her child Christopher E.; her wife Stacey A. Spinieo (Ramer) of Horsham; her siblings, Samuel J. Worthington, Jr. of Newtown and Karen R. Diener of Prospectville; her grandchildren, Mason E. and Isabella L. Spinieo; and also, Brent J. Spinieo of Conshohocken, Kelly L. Spinieo of Hatboro and Jocelyn L. Spinieo of Warminster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
