He was predeceased by: his parent John Baranek. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Baranek (Arms); his children, David Baranek II, Jonathan Baranek and Nicole Smith; his granddaughter Madison Chonofsky; and his siblings, Jack, Wayne, Kurt Baranek and Rhonwen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
