He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Harris; his children, Eric Matukonis and Amie Sicoli (Sam); his granddaughter Julianna; his sister Barbara Siravo (Antonio); his nephews, Antonio Siravo (Liz) and Mark Siravo (Amie); his sons, Kelly Fox (Kellie) and David Fox (Theresa); his granddaughter Kayla Claypool (Travis); and his great grandchild Khloe Lloyd.
