She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Monaghan and Elizabeth Monaghan; her husband Edward Sarsfield; her sons, Edward Sarsfield and Timothy Sarsfield; and her siblings, John Monaghan and Rose Bauder.

She is survived by: her daughter Catherine O'Connell. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
