He was predeceased by: his mother Earlene Mirabella. He is survived by: his father Anthony J. Mirabella; and his sisters, Gail Mirabella and Tina Forte (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tony's memory may be sent to the Neurodegeneration with Brain Iron Accumulation (NBIA) Disorders Association.
