She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Forsyth; her parents, Antonio Pintali and Adelina Schetroma; and her siblings, Frank, Anthony, Joseph, Albert, Julio, Eleanor, Mary and Loretta.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Lusen (Aaron); her grandson Joshua Lusen; her brother Edward; and her pets, Piper and Bubbles. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
