He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Sr. Keefe and Rose Marie Keefe (Doran); and his brother Raymond Keefe (Catherine). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Keefe (Staruch); his children, Laurie Dunsmore (James), Matthew Keefe (Rebecca) and Michelle Burkey (Scott); and his sisters, Susan Crowell (Charles) and Letitia Keefe, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
