It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen M. Kelly (Hastings, Pennsylvania), born in Spangler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Milchak and Agnes Milchak (Endler); and her siblings, Daniel Milchak and Janet Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Ray H. Kelly; her children, Brock Phillips (Ashley) of Erie, Brandy Manson (Michael) of Erie and Bron Phillips of Erie; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew, Charlotte, Quinn, Wyatt, Rhett, Jordan Hanna and Chloe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
