She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Johnson and Mae Johnson (Semendinger); her husband Carl R. Quist; her children, Wayne Quist and Carla Sutton; her siblings, Phillip, Dennis Johnson and Kate Neibauer; her son-in-law Isadore Blake; and her uncle John.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Kuskoski (John) of Bakerton, Barbara Golgosky (Dennis) of Ebensburg, Joseph Quist (Robin) of Hastings, Theodore Quist of Hastings, Janice Baird (Kevin) of Blairsville, Mary Blake of Patton and Melissa Leaper (Eric) of Waynesboro; her daughter-in-law Charlene Quist; her siblings-in-law, Janet Quist Crace and Jack Quist (Nancy); and her niece Cindy Stratton (Glenn). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
