With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma J. Fraser of Harwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Elkin; her husband Joseph Fraser; and her siblings, John, David Elkin and Cora Elkin.
She is survived by: her sons, John Fraser (Maria) of Natrona Heights, Joseph Fraser (Michelle) of Springdale and Timothy Fraser (Diana) of Springdale; her sister Linda Podobensky of Ford City; and her grandchildren, Tia, Tara, Marissa, Mallory, Jessica and Joshua.
