He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Shevlin and Emily Wilcox Shevlin; his wife Catherine; his daughter Cathleen Weiland; and his granddaughter Katlyn.
He is survived by: his children, David Shevlin (Debbie) of Apollo, Elizabeth Lovelidge of Penn Hills, Jeffrey Shevlin (Dena) of Alaska and Richard Shevlin (Barbara) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Lisamarie Grum, Jeff Grum, Melissa, Britney, Shanna Shevlin, David Patrick, Joey, Nicholas, Emily Shevlin and Raymond Lovelidge (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Lyla Grace, Melody Rose, Corrine, David Patrick, Dominick, Allison, Asher, Deaklin, Callum, Hunter, Bailey and Camilla.
