Carol Salerno Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Salerno of Harwick, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph DiLiugi and Rita Christy DiLiugi. She is survived by: her son Matthew Salerno (Joyce); her granddaughter Megan of Penn Hills; her siblings, Kathy Campbell, Ralph DiLuigi (Maryann) and Jeanne Cotter (Bill); and her nieces and nephews, Michelle Dulovich (Chris), Luke DiLuigi, Nick Cotter (Katrina), Christy Mineweaser (Jason) and Laura Cotter (Travis).
Carol enjoyed photography, making masks for the pandemic, estate sales and especially spending time with her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to The Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.
