He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Navin and Dorothy Virginis Navin; and his brothers, Frank, Robert, Thomas and James Navin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kwochko Navin; his children, Christopher Navin (Amanda) of Westminster, MD, Matthew Navin (Deirdre), Sarah Navin (Chris Chalfin) and Mark Navin; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Cody and Lily Navin; and his siblings, Patrick Navin (Nancy) of Enfield, CT and Dorothy Kashula (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
