He was predeceased by: his grandmother Betty Ann Kwitkoski. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene D. Kwitkoski of Harvey's Lake and Kimberly A. Ayers (Myers) of Mountain Top; his brother Cory Kwitkoski; and his grandparents, Eugene F. Kwitkoski (Exeter), Ronald and Marilyn Myers of Wapwallopen, PA..
