He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kelly and Rhea Kelly (McGinley). He is survived by: his wife Joan Ann Kelly (Hurst); and his children, Joanne Kelly Kulp (Kenneth) of Martinsburg, WV and Ed Kelly, Jr. (JoAnne) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by his four granddaughters, grandson, and great-granddaughter.
