He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cyrus and Nellie Kelly (Shellito). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Griggs (Thomas) of Hartstown, PA., Dana Kelly (Cara) of Hartstown, PA. and Gary Kelly (Kathryn) of Hartstown, PA.; his grandchildren, Shawnya Mast (Ivan), Deanna Byler (Ben), Kelly Griggs, Victor Kelly, Myah Kelly, Paul T. Kelly (Jennifer) and Grace Kelly; his great grandchildren, Cody Lews, Landyn Byler, Taylor Byler, Alyssa Burnsworth and Alaina Burnsworth; his brother John Kelly (Jack); and his sister-in-law Nubia of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
