It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katheryn Deezik of Hartstown, Pennsylvania, born in Port Townsend, Washington, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Randolph; her grandmother Frieda Imislund; her sister-in-law Jane Zazado; and her nephew Ryan Lynn. She is survived by: her parents, John Siebenbaum and Eleanor Stickney (Imislund); her husband Jack Deezik; her daughters, Kristy Costner (Cameron) of Meadville, PA and Jacey Lewis (Benjamin) of Hartstown, PA; her grandchildren, Mila Lewis, Anthony Costner and Tucker Lewis; and her siblings, Jeanie Orr (Michael) of Port Townsend, WA, Janie Kent of North Bend, WA and John Siebenbaum of Tukwila, WA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
