She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Sullivan; her daughter Janie Martin (Justin) of Harrisville; her stepchildren, Tonya Crisman (Mackenzie) of Parker, Rochelle Dailey (Jason) of Harrisville, Rachel Sidel (Brad) of Mercer, Rabecca Signoriello (Anthony) of New Castle, Jim, Scott Carr (Shirley) and Michelle Cromer (Ernie); her grandchildren, Jace and Jade Martin; and her siblings, Kathie Sutton (Harry), Todd (Janelle) and Rob Booher.
