Sabin II; his sister Pauline Montgomery; his half-brothers, Jake Sabin and Harold "Hershey" Sabin; and also Nora Mae Campbell.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Frank's honor be sent to Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department.
