He was predeceased by: his parent John W.. He is survived by: his parent Marie I. Byers Bell; his daughters, Tanya E. Roxberry (Dale) of Fairview, Charlene Davis, Rhonie S. Watterson, David Bell of Harrisville and Michelle Bell of Forestville; and his sister Donna Becker of Butler. He is also survived by five granddaughters and three grandsons; eleven great grandchildren.
