He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Schulte and Myrtle Clark Schulte; and his siblings, John F. Schulte, William Schulte, Robert Schulte, Helen Holes and Elizabeth Novosel.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Benner (David) of Hubbard, Daniel Badger of Underwood, Justin Thiry of Enon Valley, PA., Thomas Badger of East Palestine and Shannon Badger of East Palestine; his grandchildren, Ray Brock (Ariana), Amber Benner, Chase Thiry, Vincent Powell and Kendall Badger; and his great grandchild Antoshka Brock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
