He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Foster and Ruth Foster (Heckathorne); and his brother Keith Foster. He is survived by: his sons, Fredrick Foster (Karen) and Michael Foster (Ann); his granddaughter Abigail; his siblings, Diana Magee, Merry Lee George, Barb Ryal, Rick Ketler, Letty Hanzlik and Perry Ketler; and also Sandra Foster.
