He was predeceased by: his father Wayne A. Sowers, I. He is survived by: his mother Sarah E. Sowers (Helman) of McConnellsburg, PA; his spouse Resondia J. "Sonnie" Sowers (DeShong); his sons, Dustin R. "Dusty" Sowers of Needmore, PA and Trent T.; his brothers, Gregory A., Wayne A. Sowers, II and Donald Lee; and his grandsons, Colton, Waylon and Owen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
