She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Frey (Stilper) and Richard F. Frey. She is survived by: her husband Brian F. Tucker; her children, Belinda J. and Brandon F.; her brother Richard Frey of Timonium, MD; her granddaughter Alison Tucker; and her stepgrandchildren, George Richards, Cody Richards and Whitney Davis. She is also survived by six step-great grandchildren.
