He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy R. Kendall-Keefer (Peck) and Jerry L. Kendall, Sr.; and his brother William "Billy" Kendall. He is survived by: his children, Chrysalis Kendall of Coupeville, WA and Pax Conklin of Maine; his siblings, Sherry Lambert of McConnellsburg, PA, Judy Ann Freeman of Waynesboro, PA, Karen Kendall of Chambersburg, PA, Jackie Kendall of St. Thomas, PA and Sean Keefer of St. Thomas, PA; and his half-sister Diane Sheler of Tennessee.
