He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Hershey and Rella Moore Hershey; his wife Esther Betty Hershey; and his brother Kenneth Hershey. He is survived by: his children, Virginia (Landis Stains) of Mercersburg, PA, Tanya (Dan Rummel) of Fayetteville, Gary Hershey and Paul Duane Hershey of Plainfield; and his brother Gerald Hershey of Mercersburg, PA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
