He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Fix (McFarland); his children, Deana K. Everhart, Blaine Allen "Buzz" Fix of Harrisonville, PA and Mark L.; his siblings, Lois Linke of McConnellsburg, PA, Maxine Bard of McConnellsburg, PA and Phillip; his grandchildren, Jasen Fix, Jarrett Fix, Tyler Fix and Josh Henry; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Sydney, Addison, Grace, Gracie and Brady.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Blaine, may be made to the Asbury United Methodist Church, 174 Circle Drive Harrisonville, PA 17228.
