She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hann (Delancy) and Albert Hann; her husband William Z. "Bill" Rouzer; and her daughter Cindy Rouzer. She is survived by: her children, Rusty A. Rouzer of Harrisonville, PA, Barry E., Brian K. and Bonnie S. Rouzer of Bradford, PA; and her siblings, Verna, Mary, Cathy, Donna, Jim, Bill Hann of Schellsburg, PA, Donnie Hann of Chambersburg, PA and Ronnie Hann of Bedford, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
