She was predeceased by: her parents, Meldon C. Dean and Hannah A. Lewis Dean; and her siblings, Blanche Robbins, Evelyne Baker, Hally Lampman, Twilla Wood, Violet Abbey, Robert Dean, Merlin Dean, Crawford Dean and Andrew Dean.
She is survived by: her husband William Hervey Hand; her children, Denise Lowry (Gordon) of Washington, PA, William Hervey Hand II (Wendy) of Campbell, NY, Candi Hand of Coudersport and Kiley Hand (Anita) of Sanborn, NY; her grandchildren, Trisha Brimmer (Dusty), Cory Johnson, Lily Hand, Owen Hand and John Lowry; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Brimmer, Cory Johnson, Remington Brimmer and Ensley Brimmer; and her brother George Dean of Hebron Center.
