She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan L. Kibbe and Myra I. Outman Kibbe; her spouse Dale H. Potter; her granddaughter Skyler; and her siblings, Arloene Jones, Mary Lou Kibbe, Virginia Lampman, Beverly Tormey, Betty Metcalf, Violet, Byron "Jum" Kibbe, Jacob H. Kibbe, Cleon Kibbe, Russell L. Kibbe and Ivan L. "Ike" Kibbe, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Potter (Claudette) of Harrison Valley, Paul Potter of Harrison Valley, Duane Potter (Renee) of Covington and Neal Potter (Cheri) of Harrison Valley; and her brother Theodore Kibbe of Galeton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Whites Corners Cemetery. A reception was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Harrison Township Community Building (205 E Main St, Harrison Valley, PA 16927).
