He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Charles and Ruth Cole Shablom; his grandson Dakota Michael Smith; and his brother Paul Shablom. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Marie Hardt (John) of Westfield and Jennifer Shablom of Harrison Valley; his grandchildren, Noah Smith, Brianna Ahearn (Michael) and Rebbecca Smith (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Aiden Ahearn, Tristin Bock, Ashton Bock and Aryian Smith; his former wife Dorothy Shablom of Harrison Valley; his brother Charles Shablom (Marilyn) of Wellsville, NY; his aunt Margaret Watson of Gouverneur, NY; his niece Amy Bibalo of Addison, NY; his cousin Kathie Frost; and his close friend J. C. Bliss.
