He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Miller; his children, Bradley Kibbe (Brenda) of Knoxville, Douglas Kibbe (Tammie) of Harrison Valley, Cindy North (Scott) of Harrison Valley and Melanie "Missy" Norwood (Bryan) of Honey Brook; and his brothers, Edwin Kibbe of Harrison Valley, Leon Kibbe (Donna) of Harrison Valley and Roger Kibbe (Sue) of Harrison Valley.
