He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harris and Margaret Harris (Lyons); and his siblings, Edward, Frank Harris, Aileen Nimon and Joan Paoletti.

He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Harris (Kathy) of Philadelphia, PA, Dennis Harris (Tammy) of York, PA, Kevin Harris (Claire) of Furlong, PA and Colleen Perilli (John) of Chalfont, PA; and his brother-in-law Jules Paoletti. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; great grandchildren.
