She is survived by: her parent Catherine Danylo Mycyk; her children, Theodore Joseph Shushereba (Debbie) of Stewartstown, Kathy Matson (Kevin) of Harrison City and David John Shushereba (Patricia) of Burlington, KY; her grandchildren, Theodore Joseph, Patrick and Christian Shushereba; and her sister Helen Seibert-Leathers (Lyle) of Monroeville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
