She was predeceased by: her former husband Salvadore "Babe" Lombardo; her daughter Karen Lombardo; her granddaughters, Theresa and Mari Koebler; her parents, Michael Toth and Genovefa Toth (Kuznar); and her sister Albina Mihalchik.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Kinzey (Dean); her granddaughter Cheri Koebler-Miller; her great grandchildren, Cortney Miller, Raelyn Miller and Dylan Endlich; her sister Helen Williams; and her husband Salvatore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
