We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2018, at the age of 78, Judith Irene Rugh (Harrison City, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas O. Rugh, Sr.; her children, Thomas Owen and Kelly Ann Rugh; and her grandson Jeremy Thomas Rugh. She is survived by: her children, Thora Cummins, April Schultz (Bruce), Joycelyn Miller (James), Elizabeth "Liz" Gwynn (Jeffrey), Judi Ann Anderson and Thomas O. Rugh, Jr. (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Robert "Buddy", Andrew, Haley, Stephanie, Christopher, Allyssa, Travis, Jack, Shannon and Autumn; and her brother William Hartman (late Naomi).
