He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daykon and Mary Daykon (Glovach); and his siblings, Barbara and Richard Daykon. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Daykon (DiCenzo); his children, John Daykon (Melissa), Natalie, Dominick and Lucas Daykon; his sister Sophie Houck (Louis); and his brother-in-law Frank DiCenzo (Coleen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
