She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Augustine and Josephine Augustine (Sobiewski); her husband Raymond S. Wtorkowski; and her granddaughters, Ruth Ann Thomas and Emily Anne Dolecki Noel.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Hess (late Larry), Joanne F. Thomas (Sonny), Andrea B. Dolecki, Karen M. (Leo) and Stephen R. Wtorkowski (Johanna); and her sister Dorothy Halula (Edward). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
