She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slack and Mary Slack (Darovitz); her husband Michael P. Kadylak; her daughter Margaret Kadylak; and her siblings, John, Albert, Steffy, Mary, Olga and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Michael S. Kadylak (Beverly), Ronald Kadylak and Teresa Rinehart (Robert); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon (Chris), Jonalyn (Mike), Nicholas, Timothy (Sohinee), Abigail, Matthew, Chelsea, Tyler (Natalie) and Dylan; and her sister Alice. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
