She was predeceased by: her parents, John Churey and Catherine Churey (Janosik); her husband Frank Albert Kopas; her daughter Susan Lippincott; and her siblings, Erma Halasz, Mary Arendas, Joseph, John and Richard Churey.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Andrew Kopas of Harrison City and Beth Ann Patterson of Irwin; her son-in-law Richard Lippincott of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Olivia Lippincott, Ryan Patterson, Niki Fulton (Steve), Alex Lippincott and Rachel Patterson; and her siblings, Patricia "Becky" Cehula, Roseann McSheffery and Charles Churey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
